Native Himalayan Wild Mustard Seeds (Jakhya)

This is a plant native to the Uttarakhand Himalayas. It is used as a spice for tempering (tadka/chhonka) in our local cuisine.

Adds a peculiar flavour to the dish. Definitely worth a try.
